I recently had a delightful stay at Ferney House while attending a wedding nearby, and I can't recommend it enough! Carmel and Jody, the lovely owners, made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The modern decor and spotlessly clean rooms, complete with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, truly exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was a treat-no set schedule, just pop down when you're ready, and it was fresh and delicious every time! Surrounded by beautiful garden views, it was a tranquil escape after a busy day attending the celebration. We appreciated the little personal touches, like biscuits waiting for us with the tea-making facilities. I loved that we could enjoy local hiking and fishing easily nearby. If you're looking for a gem of a place in Irvinestown, Ferney House is where the heart is-definitely a spot I'd return to with fellow nature lovers!
